Greek Gods Make Yogurt
Why, oh why, did I never eat Fage yogurt before today? In my ongoing efforts to switch to Core foods, I gave up my usual fat free fruit yogurt for fat free plain yogurt. I'm not a fan of plain yogurt, but my leader recommended Fage which is a Greek brand. It's. So. Good. Thick, creamy, slightly sour. I added some Splenda and blueberries to it and yum! And, even though the carton was 5.3 oz., it kept me full longer than 6-8 oz. of the fruit stuff. It's expensive ($1.69 for one serving carton), but it was so worth it! I think it's going to be a staple on the Kaffy grocery list.
For those counting Points, one carton is 2 Points. Add .5 for the 1/2 cup of blueberries.

Greek yoghurt! Can't beat the stuff.... I was introduced to ethnic yoghurt by some lebanese women I know. Works great as a topping or spread. Rumour has it that its a good furniture polish too. :-D
